UPDATE FOR 2026:

I am unfortunately not available during big conventions /convention season. (Leipziger Buchmesse/ Dokomi/ Gamescom). It takes all my capacities to get my illustrations ready for my convention booths during that time. I am hoping for your understanding. I will happily work on your commission outside convention season. :)

terms of
SERVICE

Commission related:

  • Please be clear about what you want. I prefer clear descriptions that give me some insight into what you would like me to paint, over "do what you want" offers. (For instance, if you have a specific pose, outfit or background in mind, just let me know :) )

  • Providing visual references is not a must, but helps greatly to nail the look and feel of what you want me to paint.

    • Commissioner is allowed to use copyrighted work for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

    • Do not remove watermarks/signatures from my artwork without my consent. 

    • Commissioners may promote themselves using the artwork, so long as credit is given. (Proper credit = Name and link to website clearly visible)

    • I am allowed to use, post and share the work anywhere to my liking. If you do not want me to publish my work anywhere, this might come with extra fees.

    • Your order will be put on hold and go to the back of the queue if the commissioner fails to reply within two weeks.

    • I will not do fully NSFW. However, I don't mind lewd, LGBTQ+ related adult characters or Furries. This may affect the price.

    • I will not create art of anything that deals with explicit violence.  Gore and explicit/ abusive sexually portrayed characters or underage characters are a nono to me.

Payment-related:

  • All prices are listed in € netto and payment is taken through PayPal invoice.

  • I charge upfront. This is to avoid getting scammed.

  • Please make sure you have the money ready before commissioning, as not having it will waste time which delays my queue further and is unfair to other commissioners.

  • Once the commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable. If however, you have paid upfront and I have not yet started the sketch, I am more than happy to give you a refund.

  • There are no more free revisions after the sketch has been approved. If you would like to make further alterations that do not regard small changes or color, there will be an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before moving forward.

  • You are not allowed to use the commission to gain profit. My Instagram commission offer is not designed for companies. If you are a company, and you want to use my work commercially, please send me an Email so we can discuss terms and set up a contract.

  • There is no bulk price, discount or sale for purchasing multiple artworks at once. I work by a fixed hourly rate to be able to make a living, so the prices are not up for negotiation.


Feeding my work into any kind of generative AI based software is NOT permitted.

  • Even if this "software"  tells you it will just "assist" you, most of them feed on/ train on the human art that they are fed with. So feeding my work into such software is a breach of tos.


Scraping my work in genral for AI training is also NOT permitted:

  • The short answer is: no.

  • Prices and conditions listed here are for individuals, not for companies. By accepting my TOS, I am granting you a license for personal NON-COMMERCIAL use of the commissioned art. That EXCLUDES scraping it for AI training. And when you are a company, you are hereby also not allowed to scrape my art without permission.

  • AI software, even if it's available for "free" download, is based on data that has been scraped without the artist's consent. The initial versions (yes that applies to Stable Diffusion, too!) have been trained by companies with commercial intent behind them, and without paying the artists they have taken the art from. If they paid the artists, my stance on this would be different. But they didn't, and an ethical AI is still not in sight.

  • I am opting out, which means I do NOT consent to use my art or any other art created for you to be scraped in any way or form to train your AI. No matter if you are an individual or a company. The answer is no: you are not allowed. If you want to use an artist's art, license it. Pay the people for their work. It's that simple, really.


Feeding my work to AI to have it regenerate/ copy my style is also a no go.

  • For all the reasons mentioned above.
